Terms & Conditions:

By booking a photography session with Alexandria, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully prior to submitting your deposit or full payment.

Booking & Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all photography sessions and studio bookings. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your session and confirm your date and time.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are used to reserve studio time and block off availability.

Full refunds are only issued if Alexandria cancels the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or postpone your session, please notify Alexandria as soon as possible.

Alexandria travels to Los Angeles multiple times per year (approximately every 6–8 weeks) and is in Utah the remainder of the year. Deposits or full payments may be transferred and applied to a future available date during one of these trips.

If a client cancels or reschedules more than once, an additional deposit or rescheduling fee may be required to secure a new date.

Failure to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Payments:

A non-refundable deposit is required to book all photography sessions, with no exceptions. The deposit secures your session date, time, and studio booking.

Full payment is never required upfront, but you may pay in full if you choose to. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the scheduled photoshoot and must be paid prior to or at the end of the session.

Payment plans are available through Klarna or Affirm, subject to approval by those providers. Please contact Alexandria for details regarding payment options.

Photographer Cancellation:

In the rare event that Alexandria must cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made or may choose to apply the payment toward a future session.

Copyright & Image Usage Rights:

All photographs taken by Alexandria Bailey Photography remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer.

Clients will receive color-corrected images from their session; however, RAW files are never provided under any circumstances.

All full retouching and final edits must be completed by Alexandria, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If a client requests that another editor retouch or alter the images, an additional fee may apply and written permission must be granted in advance.

Unedited or color-corrected images are considered unfinished work and are not to be used in portfolios, submissions, or promotional materials associated with Stars Talent Studio. Only fully retouched final images delivered by Alexandria may be used for professional or portfolio purposes.

Alexandria Bailey Photography has spent over 20 years developing a personal style, aesthetic, and brand identity. Improper or inconsistent editing may misrepresent this style and the quality of work. Any unauthorized alterations, filters, or edits applied to the images are strictly prohibited.

Agreement:

By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
